CHOCOLATE BRAZILS
Such a sophisticated snack or after dinner nibble. Super easy to make but will impress everyone!
Medjool dates, Dark chocolate, Brazil nuts (100g chocolate for roughly 12 dates)
Break the chocolate into squares and melt it in a bowl over a pan of simmering water (or melt in microwave). Slice the dates open longways, remove the stone and replace with a Brazil nut - squeeze closed.
Using a couple of forks, dip the dates in the chocolate till fully covered, place carefully on a baking paper lined tray, sprinkle each one with just a little flaky sea salt, and place in the fridge to set. These keep for weeks in the fridge in an airtight box.
