Ideal if you’d just like a diet and lifestyle MOT, discover tweaks and tips to improve your nutrition and energy.

Includes 1 in-depth consultation, personal nutrition plan, follow-up discussion, with advice on how to eat well for optimal health and wellbeing.

maintenance - £75

Ideal if you have finished your course but would like the occasional check in to help you stay on track, discuss any issues, or for further recipe support.

Flexible: book a one-off session £75 or x 3 sessions £200

Your initial consultation can be in person at my home, or via Zoom, with follow-ups either in person or on Zoom - whichever is more convenient. It’s a good idea to allow 3 months to see results, though you may see earlier improvements.

You will need to fill in a health questionnaire and 3-day diet diary beforehand. Then at your initial consultation we review this in depth, and discuss what really matters to you for good health. We explore your medical history, nutrition and lifestyle, then agree on an evidence-based, personalised plan of step-by-step changes you can build into your daily life, followed up by weekly or fortnightly check-ins together to review progress, develop the plan, make any tweaks and help you stay on track.

Working alongside conventional medicine, advice may include dietary and meal suggestions, support with recipes and lifestyle habits and routines, or possible lab testing.

NB. The cost of private tests and/or supplements is not included.
