Join me in my kitchen for a fun morning of chopping and nutrition chat as we rustle up a tasty lunch. We will be a group of up to six like-minded people who want to explore interesting ways to eat more vegetables, find out about their particular health-boosting qualities, how they are used in the body and how certain foods can benefit our own health status.
Most importantly, will sit down to enjoy our delicious healthy fare for lunch!
